Local authorities announced recently that longtime resident William Brown will serve as a consultant for the Immigration Service Station and the Xiamen Foreign Talent Service Station. Both entities are located in the first phase of the city's Software Park. The service will provide international residents with a central location to deal with work and residence procedures.
